100 companies commit themselves to contemporary art and to promote patronage by offering an exhibition space (Stand from 9 to 27 m2) to 100 artists. Artists and managers choose each other during an evening organized on the format of speed-dating. The exhibition of Contemporary Art took place in the Espace Caquot of the Base Nature de Fr\u00e9jus a few months later.<\/p>\n

The Law of August 1st 2003, a French exception: it allows to deduct from taxes, 60% of the amount of the donation. This tax argument, which is not well known, is not the only lever for motivation. It must be part of an internal and\/or external communication strategy. However, the “patronage” tool is not sufficiently known by VSEs and SMEs, and is often perceived as the prerogative of large groups. Objectives: to promote cultural patronage in the corporate world and to help contemporary creation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Organizers:<\/h3>\n

The Union Patronale du Var (UPV) and the City of Fr\u00e9jus, supported in their approach by many public and private partners. A real network operation, designed to bring the economic world closer to the artistic world, Base’ Art is intended for companies that already have the will to define a communication policy through Cultural Patronage, but also for those who do not know it and wish to know more about its assets.<\/p>\n

The Major Patronage event in the South :<\/h3>\n

From an economic point of view, BASE’ART has become a space for exchanges between managers in the Var.<\/strong> The conception of micro-events within the event, pretexts to communicate informally and to put in relation the patrons, allows a real network animation… Managers’ Caf\u00e9, private evening Artists\/Companies… events dedicated to the business relations in an artistic frame!<\/p>\n

In a space of nearly 6000m\u00b2, the biennial festival brings together nearly 10,000 visitors each year and offers a privileged link with the event’s corporate sponsors. Not less than 100 artists are selected each year.<\/p>\n

Base’Art is a contemporary art exhibition, artistic performances, workshops and conferences.<\/p>\n

Base’Art allows the meeting of the world of the art and the company: The companies thus commit themselves to promote the patronage in the world of the company, still too often confined in the medium of the big French industrial groups.<\/p>\n

The exhibition space of Base’ Art 2016 will be held in Fr\u00e9jus, at the Base Nature. The exhibition will of course be accessible to the public, fond of high level contemporary artistic discoveries.<\/p>\n
